MIKE MIKOS
President
Mike brings over 20 years of management experience in various industries including military, construction, and risk management . As a veteran of a foreign war, Mike has always been committed to service before self, attention to detail, and excellence in all we do. Mike holds a bachelor of science degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University. Mike has overseen multiple jobs for the GSA, Corp of Engineers, and privately held companies nation wide. His professional accomplishments include Past President of Alabama Business Builders Association, and Past President of Master Builder/Master Remodeler Council.
DAVID O'BRIEN
Director of Construction
David brings over 19 years of construction experience to Noble Eagle Services and oversees all construction activities from preconstruction to project closeout.
After graduating from Auburn University, David worked in preconstruction for several years before moving on to work as a project manager on both commercial and multi-family projects. David worked closely with development managers in determining the cost and feasibility of various projects across the nation as well as negotiating the prime construction contracts on the projects. David was a founding partner at a national development company where David was involved in all aspects including the underwriting, while still focusing on the execution of the construction.
In addition to overseeing construction, David brings added value to NES and its clients, by using his relationships in the industry to provide the best materials, methods and craftsmanship available to NES’s developments.
GREG MIKOS
Director of Medical Development
With 20 years of business development and consulting experience, Greg brings a tremendous amount knowledge and experience to Noble Eagle Services. Greg holds a B.S In Accounting from Auburn University, as well as a M.B.A concentration in MIS at Auburn University. Greg cut his teeth in the development community by founding Proscenium Development, LLC. His company specialized in handling development of outpatient dialysis clinics for multi-national corporations throughout the southeast.Greg is a member of the Renasant Bank Birmingham Community Board and served on Riverchase Residential Association Board of 1,800 homes.
JEFF LEES
COO
Jeffrey R. Lees is Chief Operating Officer with Noble Eagle Services. He also serves as Area Counsel for three states for a publicly traded insurance and financial services company. Additionally, he is a Staff Judge Advocate and an Major in the United States Army Reserve. In his career, Jeff has served as a chief financial officer, a sales manager, and an operations leader in different businesses. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School, having completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD). Jeff earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at The University of Alabama. Jeff is active in real estate investment and development, and has served as a speaker on real estate transactional law to industry groups. Jeff and his wife, Meredith, have one son, Goodloe.
