RECENT PROJECTS
LAREDO 1 & 2 PORTS OF ENTRY EXPANSION & MODERNIZATION
Noble Eagle Services was an interregnal part in the LEED Gold certification in the construction of this 69,000 square foot Port of Entry in Laredo, Texas. This project was constructed by U.S. General Services Administration Public Building Service through Brasfield and Gorrie, LLC. As a multi-year project, Noble Eagle still has a presence on the property today.
HOMEWOOD
This 22,000 square foot clinic was an acquisition and renovation of multi-tenant building. In addition to the clinic this location also houses a regional office, as well as other business entities.
FORT BENNING STARSHIP BARRACKS
Noble Eagle Services worked hand in hand with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Brasfield and Gorrie to improve the quality of living for the troops who call these facilities home. Both buildings 3240 and 3245 consisted of 300,000 square feet, and took over two years to complete.
MCCALLA
This 8,500 square foot out patient clinic was brought online in December 29, 2014. Fresenius Medical Care Mccalla, Llc, dba Fresenius Medical Care Mccalla was recognized and certified by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as one of modern dialysis facilities which are scientifically measured and assessed to have high-quality dialysis services for promoting health and improving the quality of life.
SALVATION ARMY
This project consisted of renovating a 50,000-square-foot building and adjacent properties, including the historical Slossfield Community Center. It was a multi phased project which completed in the second quarter of 2017.
HOOVER
The Hoover, AL clinic is a 10,000 square foot out patient clinic and training facility. Working with Brown Chambliss Architects, we were able to deliver this project on time and on budget.
LIV PARKSIDE
LIV Parkside was a 347,000 square-foot project that included 228 luxury apartments, street level retail spaces, a yoga studio, fitness center, Zen terrace and large pool. This project was completed in the third quarter of 2016.
LITTLE ROCK
Acquired existing physician clinic office that was built in the 1970's.
Removed asbestos and completed a total interior demolition.
Added on 2,000 square feet of clinical and office space
Re-designed entire parking lot to accommodate Porte-Cache canopy for handicap patients.
SUMMIT AT FRITZ FARM
Noble Eagle Services was proud to be a part of this project which consisted of :
285,610 square feet of retail
44,2100 square feet of Class A office space
IRONDALE
This 10,000 square foot clinic was designed and constructed for Fresenius Medical Care. Fresenius Kidney Care dialysis centers are part of Fresenius Medical Care North America.
LIV CLEO
This 5-story mixed use development consisting of 502,000 SF is a mixed use space housing retail on the ground level and 291 residential units above. Included with this project is a 5 story precast parking deck. LIV Cleo was completed in 2017.
PINE BLUFF
Acquired a 2 acres outparcel from mall owner
Designed and constructed 12,000 square foot dialysis clinic.
